ASoft iCRM application provides an access to ASoft CRM via iPhone.
ASoft iCRM works through Wi-Fi, GPRS and 3G and provides both online access to the system and offline mode. Offline mode implies that user operates with preliminary downloaded data and then synchronizes local information with the central system.
ASoft iCRM allows to:
•Maintain the database of contractors, including detailed contact information;
•Call and e-mail contractors;
•Search for contact’s address in Google Maps.
•Configure notifications related to particular events;
•Maintain the calendar of planned and occurred events;
•Plan tasks and track their progress;
•Manage the whole set of system objects manipulations – view and edit existing data, create new objects and delete obsolete ones.
